Plesk frozen after trying to cancel a backup

Please help!

I was backing up a very small site (3mb) through the Plesk panel. I tried to download it to my machine - but then I pressed the "cancel" button during the backup.

Plesk froze for about 1/2 hour. Then I logged out. I haven't been able to log back in for the past hour.

I don't know much about SSH or anything. Any simple suggestions? Thanks!
