Plesk gone unresponsive

Hi,

I was unable to access plesk this morning after trying to update an ftp account for a domain.I tried doing the same operation after a while but it goes unresponsive again and again only for this domain.
All other domains and their ftp accounts are working fine.

Has anyone seen this problem before and how to solve this?

Hello Muhammad,

are you getting any error message when you access your Plesk ?
Or it gives you error like incorrect user name and password ?
