Issue Plesk install Error: The 'apt' utility failed to install the required packages. Not all packages were installed.

My Plesk will not install update. I need help. I have tried to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to no avail. Please HELP this has been going on for at least 2months. Here is the error log it told me to copy and send to support:

When trying to install upgrades here's another error: dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe).
It's also returning with an error code (1).
