PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

The update procedure fails and no kb article related.
Problem: conflicting requests
- package plesk-awstats-configurator-18.0-2.redhat.8+p18.0.48.0+t221021.0533.noarch requires awstats >= 7.8, but none of the providers can be installed
- nothing provides perl(CGI) needed by awstats-7.8-2.el8.noarch

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

just run plesk installer and select option 1
1. ( ) Install the latest available update

ACTUAL RESULT

no update is done

EXPECTED RESULT

go to latest versions 18.0.48

Necessary packages may be excluded and repositories disabled.
Check the following article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/7174351494674.
The output of grep -rin "exclude=" /etc/yum.repos.d may contain both perl and awstats packages, which should be then removed from exclusions in corresponding files.

i have the same issue and followed the kb article.
grep "exclude=" /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo
no results
grep -rin "exclude=" /etc/yum.repos.d
also no results

yum update
fails
This system is receiving updates from CloudLinux Network server.

or
# grep "\[epel\]" /etc/yum.repos.d/*

yes there is /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo and with same content as on other plesk server where i managed to do the upgrade
