  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk instead of DirectAdmin - data migration?

Hi,
i'm about to install Plesk 12 on my VPS server, where there was previously a Direct Admin installed.
I wonder if it's possible to migrate user information and data from DA to Plesk?
I found some posts about migration from DA to Plesk on different machines, but what if i only want to replace my control panel?
 
We strongly do not recommend install Plesk on server where some third-party software is already installed especially hosting panels. You can try, but I can say that consequences are unpredictable.
Anyway, migration from DA to Plesk is not supported.
