Plesk is blocked on change the domain prefix

I have a Plesk 12.0.18 on Centos Server. All subscriptions works fine, but one subscription have a domain with this problem.

When i change the domain prefix to "www.mydomain.com" or to "mydomain.com", this still stuck to "Waiting...".

When this happens, the rest of the server still works fine, but will not let me make any changes to the rest of subscriptions.

I try to edit the apache vhosts, but this looks fine.

Please I need a help.

By default domains in Plesk works with and without www prefix at the same time and it is not necessary change prefix for domain.
Your case may be caused by many reasons and should be troubleshooted with help of logs investigation.

I need redirect to www. prefix by default.

What log should I consult?

panel.log ???
sitebuilder.log ???
error.log ??

Typically, any website is available on two URLs: with the www prefix (like in www.example.com) and without it (like in example.com).
