• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Migration Agent Errors

Ok,

So I just went and installed the Plesk Migration Agent on my production server to try to migrate some of my domains to my new VZ server with Plesk.

Upon trying this, I receive an error message on my source server saying "The dynamic link library pdh.dll was not found in the specified path " <here it lists my server paths>

On the Plesk side, the error message is:

Error: Unable to get host info: Unable to run migrmng; Unhandled Error occured; For more details, refer to the log file.

Any ideas what this might mean?

Thanks!

Thanks!

I copied the PDH.DLL file from another PC that had Win2000 SP4 on it, and the migration manager quit putting out that error.

Make sure that the file that you copy IS the file intended for that particular version and service pack of NT/Windows or this may not work correctly.

I just copied the pdh.dll file to %systemroot%\system32

Thanks for all the help!
