Plesk migration and upgrade

OK, on (server A) I have plesk 7.0 for windows installed and setup with several users.
On my new server (server B) I have installed plesk 7.5.4 for windows.

I want to move my users from server A to server B without messing up there settings and passwords. Is there a way to do this migration/upgrade?

I was thinking possibly just setting up the accounts then coping the plesk database over but wasn't sure if this would be likely to work, or likely to crash it?

Any ideas out there?

problem is it seems to insist on backing up all the individual website files. I was moving those one at a time as its nearly 50GB of data. I just want to do the account settings and move files on my own.
