Any help please.

Looks like there is corrupted Python. Try to run C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\PMMCli.exe and check output. Looks like Python does not contain several files in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\Python\Lib\site-packages. Try to reinstall it.

How to reinstall?

Please help....many of your customers are facing same issue and there is no help.

Hi IgorG,

Regarding missing files in installation , this is happening for a quite long time i.e. backup does not work on new installation you have to get particular dll to be copied to location then only it works.

is there any post where you get filename name folder wise which are included in installation. or any cross check system if we are getting correct downloads to our servers

You can go to Add/Remove Programs, select Plesk and click Change. Unselect Python in Sctipting Languages there for uninstalling. After that install it back with the same manner.

You are totally wrong, this is due to corrupted Python files pywintypes25.dll and even reinstall does not fix this. You must supply the correct files so that we can replace the files and we can make this work.
