Resolved Plesk Migrator copied some root folders/files

Hi.
I just migrated one domain and i noticed that it copied some root folders (bin, dev, etc, lib, ...) not full folder content, just few files inside folders.
This folders and files dont exists in the old server domain.

New server is Plesk Obsidian 18.0.23 Actualización #4 on Debian 9.12.
Old server is Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Actualización #80 on CentOS 6.10.

One month ago migrated two domains without issues.

Whats going on?

usually this happens when you enable / assign the chrooted shell to the domain / subscription.

Do you mean the domain FTP user? This user never had shell access.
If I give him /bin/bash shell, root's folders go away, but if i remove any shell access, this folders are back...
This not happening with other domains.


EDIT: Well, found this [BUG] Directory /etc remains in subscription directory after SSH access was disabled
So I understand its safe to delete this root's folders.

Hi,
We have the same problem.

Migration from centos 6 (obsidian) to centos 8 (obsidian)

shell access ist disabled for all reseller/customers

only the abbo of administrator has correct filestructur.
all other abbos had folders like bin, dev, etc, lib, ...

if ssh access to sh / bin is activated, the folders disappear

if the ssh access is deactivated as default, the folders appear again

is there an explanation or should we create a bug report?
