• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Important Plesk Migrator extension

Sorry, I still do not see the error, but I would assume it is:

Code:
rsync: send_files failed to open "/home/user/lscache/.cm.log": Permission denied (13)

If that's the right error, we have a registered bug about the behavior identified with ID PMT-4701. The goal is to exclude the cache from migration. At the time being, you can safely ignore the error as the cache will be re-generated on the new server anyway.

If you are referring to another error, please provide me with it.
Hello

rsync: send_files failed to open "/home/user/lscache/.cm.log": Permission denied (13)

Yes Thansk.

when migrating domains without hosting or e-mail, only dns, it works (dns is migrated ok, but there is always an error saying:

Code:
Failed to adjust common migrated applications for new environment
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: getpwnam() argument must be str, not None

Regards
Jan

@Linulex , there is already a registered bug for the behavior (PMT-5698) and the fix is in progress. Until the fix is released, as a workaround you can change the affected domain hosting type on the source server from Forwarding/No hosting to Web Hosting in Domains > example.com > Hosting.
