Issue plesk not responding

Hi

we have a CenotOS 7 with plesk 12.5, plesk is not working and also the "plesk repair" or "plesk install" commands are hanging. can't find anything in the logs.
do you have a way to solve things or where to start?

Have you tried to restart psa or sw-cp-server services? Any error messages in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log ?

what error message you are getting while browsing Plesk control panel , can you share it here

i get no errors while browsing since plesk is not working at all and i cannot access it

Well. When you run

# service sw-cp-server restart

what do you see in output and in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log ?
