Resolved Plesk not working after install on fresh OS install

Hi, after installing Plesk Obsidian using the installer from Plesk Web Installer Plesk just doesn't work properly.

I can access the static "Web Serber's Default Page" site but when I try to log in via port 8443 the browser just displays "Unable to connect".
I have tried reinstalling Windows several times.
I have tried the Repair Plesk installation option in the Reconfiguration programm, but it didn't work.
I noticed that the PleskStartu service wasn't running. I started it manually and I was able to start the Configuration website on port 8443 using the Services Monitor.
I was not able to get it working again. it always showed this error when I tried to start i:
Server 2019, LTSC, Datacenter w/ Desktop Experience
 
Thanks for your reply, but I already got it fixed with a member of Plesk's support team. Extremely helpful.

The issue was, that the installer wasn't running as administrator
