Issue Plesk Obisdian Update Error, Panel accessible but can't do anything

Hello,

First fing sorry for my bad english.

Today i'm starting update of plesk and the update didn't finish correctly.

Now i can access panel but can't do anything on it:

Website who are hosted by plesk are fine.

For information my plesk is hosted on OVH vps.
