In Home Plesk:
OS ‪Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS‬
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.0.17 Update #45, last updated on Jan 10, 2018 06:27 AM
Upgrade to Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 is available.

Install Now
I click on Install Now, the browser opens a new page
about: blank
after about a minute:
Connection time is out

Could anyone help me to resolve my problem, please?

Please make sure that you have not firewalled port 8447
Also you can upgrade tour Plesk in CLI, just run

# plesk installer

and follow to instruction.
