  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Backup FTP Error

cloudadmin

New Pleskian
Hello,
Problem started after switching to Onyx. This happens only on Onyx, Plesk 12.5 works fine. All use the same ftp server.
Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 CentOS 7
Warning:
Unable to upload the backup to the FTP storage: Unable to resume an interrupted upload. It seems like FTP server deleted the file, when the connection was lost. Try to repeat or perform upload manually: The connectivity problem: (55) Failed sending data to the peer: Last FTP request: STOR backup_ _1803211501.tar: Last FTP response: 125 Data connection already open; Transfer starting

Thanks in advance

Do you have access to a second FTP-Server? I would try to upload there. You also can try an create an FTP account and upload the backup to your own server - just to test if the Problem appears there too.

On the same server, several backups are active and everyone works properly, except for the one, who worked for some time, and suddenly stopped the ftp transfer. This backup is 5GB and it's the smallest backup on the server.
