Issue Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Crashed

1. Close all active command prompts and start a new one.
   
   
2. Close all active command prompts and start a new one explicitly as an Administrator.
   
   
3. Close the current RDP session and start a new one. Then do step 1.

Yes, I know.

The command "plesk" does not work in a command prompt after an upgrade to Plesk Onyx on Windows Server

I even reboot the server, but nothing changed.
