Issue Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Unabled to update for months

Centro Zaragoza

Basic Pleskian
Good morning:

I tried to contact plesk but it cannot be possible due to my license is a "resell" licence, and cannot be access by them.

Anyway, I have this issue for several months.

Everyday, I got in Plesk a red error saying:

Error Updating Plesk. To solve the problem you can send the log to support. The error is:

Execution failed.
Command: ai.exe
Arguments: Array
(
[0] => --select-product-id
[1] => panel
[2] => --select-release-current
[3] => --upgrade-installed-components
)

Details: ERROR: The installation of the package 'mysql51-server-configurator' failed with code 1603. (upgrade: Updating configuration of MySQL 5.1 server...)
Not all packages were installed.
Please contact product technical support.

Can anybody help me to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

None of them worked :(

MySQL Server in Services throws an Error 1067.

And the other one, there weren't ports listening when I write the first line.
