Plesk Panel 11.5.30 - urlprotect.dll failed to load

Dear Support,

I have next problem:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Could not load all ISAPI filters for site 'DOMAINCOM'. Therefore site startup aborted.

The HTTP Filter DLL C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\isapi\urlprotect.dll failed to load. The data is the error.

When I see this error, IIS down through 1-2 minutes. How can I fix this?
