Good morning,
The following error is repeated in the event log for our Virtual Windows Server 2008 R2 instance provided by GoDaddy. It has Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.2 installed:
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Parallels Tools Service service.
Is there an easy fix for this issue? I have searched and haven't had any luck finding anything specific. GoDaddy ran a trace and said everything looks fine, except for the error, however we're noticing latency issues with some of the domains.
Below are the specifics regarding the virtual server in question:
Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.5.2
Operating system Microsoft Windows 6.1;build-7601;sp1.0;suite272;product3
CPU INTEL Pentium-III Intel64 Family 6 Model 26 Stepping 5 ~2128MHz
Average load 0.02; 0.02; 0.02
