Parallels Plesk Panel Linux as well as Windows ftp why no limits? Have, for example, a version of Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu)?

For Linux hosting you can setup Hard disk quota only for subscription (i.e. system user)

Yes, you can't do it for Linux hosting.
