Issue Plesk Permission Issue

Greetings
Yesterday i ran into an issue and broke my plesk installation, while repairing i broke mysql and when finally after i was able to figure all things now some of my plugins are not working, they cant be enabled if already installed or can not install them after removing them from extensions, is there is a way to fix all folder permissions required by plesk to working properly?

Have you tried
# plesk repair all -n

this will only resolve permission issue??? as it took me 8 hours to make mysql works after running repair command of plesk

No, the "all" option repairs all aspects. But you can also use specific aspects, e.g. web, fs, installation and more.
