Issue Plesk Reboot Services Not Started

Hello,
When Plesk restarts on most of my servers, the following services do not start when the server is turned on.

psa
PHP-FPM 5.6.40
PHP-FPM 7.2.26
PHP-FPM 7.3.13
vs.

Please help me.

Notes : I am using versions

Version 17.8.11 Update #78, last updated on Dec 28, 2019 03:20 AM
Version 18.0.21 Update #4, last updated on Dec 6, 2019 03:39 PM

Have you checked related error logs at least?

/var/log/plesk-php73-fpm/error.log
/var/log/plesk-php72-fpm/error.log
/var/log/plesk-php56-fpm/error.log

Do you have any messages with the cause of this issue?
Also, do you have at least one domain with enabled php-fpm php mode?
