Looks like a leftover from a distro upgrade as it is looking liblog4cplus for Ubuntu 20.04. It is worth to run the checks provided in the linked thread starting off with:

dpkg -l | grep -E "liblog4cplus|plesk-backup-utilities|plesk-core"
