  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk Restore and Sitebuilder

Hello,

Plesk Restore for Windows doesn't restore Sitebuilder accounts IF:

- you've selected "by domain"
- you've selected "by client"
even if you mark "Sitebuilder" on the next page it does nothing.

Only option is to mark "all" and only flag "sitebuilder"

Please Parallels correct this !

Edit: No, only with Sitebuilder flagged doesn't work either. The only constellation that worked so far is:

[cmd.log]
Restore type: Full
Test mode: false
Skip missing files: false
Stop domains: true
Ignore warnings: false
Check limits: true
Restore key: true
Restore server info: true
Restore admin sceleton: true
Restore Scheduler: true
Restore domains content: true
Restore mailboxes content: true
Restore MSSQL databases: true
Restore MySQL databases: true
Restore skins: true
Default locale: en-US

Bart

Thank you for message. Developers are going to check and fix this.

Hello Bart,

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue in our lab - the Sitebuilder users and sites are restoring by domain, by client and at restoring All.
Could you provide more details?
