  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk Restore "Not a backup file" Problem

I do:

pleskbackup -vv domains some-domain.com --skip-logs /backup/some-domain_com.dump

To test this and do a restore I delete the domain from Plesk. Then add it again to Plesk. Select upload file to depository for "some-domain_com.dump", and Plesk says:

Not a backup file

What am I missing?

Same issue here. I am using Plesk 8.6. Full domain backup is from Plesk 8.1. Right now, I am still waiting for their support team. I hope they will reply the soonest because it's a "paid support".
