• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello guy's,

we use at the moment Plesk 8.2 installed on Windows Server 2003 in a virtual machine (Virtual Server 2005 R2).
First we want to know, is an update to the latest version (8.6) possible without problems? We simulated an update to version 8.4 a few months ago without any problems.
The second thing is. We have a new ISP and new IP addresses as well.
For the transfer period to the new provider we want to use the server with the old and the new IP address.
We can give the virtual machine 2 network interfaces, but can Plesk use both for serving the websites?
We have to find a solution for this period of DNS change.

Sorry for bad english.

Answers in english or german please, thanks in advance.
