  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Good evening,
I have a problem not sending emails, emails sent will always stop the spam folder.
The various tests I did give success and a score of 10/10.
I don't know what to do anymore.
I leave mine yours attached.
Can you help me please?

Your PTR record is set to omeunegocio.pt which is causing this (based on the IP address in your 3rd graphic). Set your reverse to the domain of your email server and read the next DMARC email you receive if you're still ending up in spam for guidance.

the same problem and I will not come up with a solution. Emails sent from my domain or from a vps server are always spammed in Gmail.
