We have some domains in a Plesk server, with SpamAssassin support. It works OK, but now we'd like that mail for one of the domains was relayed to another mail server, AFTER being processed by SpamAssassin, so that accounts can be managed from Plesk control Panel.
I set an smptroute to the other mail server for this domain and put it into whitelists, but relaying only works when I deactivate Mail service for the domain in Plesk. I think that, if I leave everything this way, mail reaches the other mail server, but it is not spam-scanned on Plesk Server. Am I right?
If I activate mail service for the domain, mails stay in the mail queue and are not delivered to the other server.
I'd like an scenario in which Plesk scans mail, manages accounts, and relays mail to the other server, where users read their mail. Which would be the right way to do this?
Thanks in advance.
