We have logged in through putty and found all permission are ok.
run many times plesk repair utility but still not resolved. run this command
plesk repair fs -y domain.com
Not solved

Any help will be very much appreciate.

The database button is greyed out when the database was created by an installation from the app catalogue or Wordpress toolkit. In that case to remove the datatabase, first detach e.g. the Wordpress installation.

The file manager might be missing either for a similar reason or because the subscription was customized to not to show that feature.

I am not getting file manager from individual domain view -- but subscription view with all domain -- showing properly.

Thanks as per your suggestion removing wordpress toolkit installed site , automatically deletes the database too.
But please suggest how to can i get file manager in individual domain page.
Thanks in advance.
