You can create domain or subdomain based on the specific Service Plan. As result, you will have a subscription.

May i know how do i do that? Currently i already created a service plan but when i try to adding the subscription, its force me to enter a specific domain name.... but what i want is to add the subscription into each subdomain instead of domain1601887812914.png

Just write the name of your subdomain your.domain.com to "Domain name" field.

Inside my Domain, i have multiple subdomain from different customer, that why i want to assign different service plan into the subdomain instead of having one service plan for one domain.

You can create subscriptions for these subdomains which will be based on one ServicePlan and these subscriptions will be assigned to needed accounts.

so every subscription that i created will take one new extra domain even though i am assigning it to the subdomain right?

All these subdomains of the same domain, right? Is this root domain hosted on Plesk or where?
