• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Plesk support

Dork

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS Linux 7.9.2009
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.55 Update #1
I can't reach the Plesk support because that I still can't receive emails and the login need a verification by email.
So I wonder what I can do.

You do not need to use a specific email address to access support. Why not use a temporary freemail address instead, e.g. GMail, Hotmail, GMX, Yahoo and the like?

OK -I created a Gmail account but now ...
Whe I click the registration link of plesk support ...
the plesk 360 page is displayed and ask me for username and password

It's a never ending circel ...
- logi to 60 onitorng is possible
- the live chat there is just a bot
- the cat link leads to the sign-in of the support page
- login there needs a validation but doesn't accept the gmail account

I'm on a good way to get crazy

@Dork, please send me the email address that you used to sign up in a private message. I'll ask the team whether they can find out what the problem is.
