    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Initially i was getting the System Updates tool is already installing updates in automatic mode. Please try later. so i run #plesk installer stop which then allow the update to be available, i tried to update but it failed with error log saying Error: The 'apt' utility failed to install the required packages. the site still works ok, never had any problems before updating, any help please,

If this does not fix the issue, please contact support, because it seems that either lots of stuff is missing on the server or some version information is wrong. Probably a previous update failed or got stuck.
 
Tried Plesk diagnose & repair and got this ERROR:Unable to retrieve repository configuration from autoinstaller: autoinstaller is busy Bootstrapper repair finished. Errors occurred while performing the following actions: fix Plesk packages permissions.
Then tried # plesk repair installation ERROR:Unable to update packages index command/usr/bin/apt-get update -0 dir;;ect;;sourcelist=tmp/tmp5forghik return non-zero exit status 100
appreciate your help.
 
Contacted IONOS support they advised me to restart server or SHH reboot, it has now updated to 18.0.55.
