Plesk update error, killed entire Plesk service....

One of my server admins tried to upgrade Plesk Panel and got an unknown error, now none of our Plesk services work....

Here is what I get when I try and run the upgrade with the autoinstaller:

Can anyone help me get around this.... I have tried all morning to get this working and have gotten nowhere.
