• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hi,

When updating from Plesk 10.2.0 to 10.4.4, I get a PHP Fatal Error. Here is the error in the log file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\logs\php_error:

[23-Mar-2012 09:56:42] PHP Fatal error: Class SB_Extension_PP_WinLogWriter contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (Zend_Log_FactoryInterface::factory) in C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sb\include\SB\Extension\PP\WinLogWriter.php on line 28

There have been multiple other errors involving sitebuilder:

[23-Mar-2012 06:07:35] Failed to clear sitebuilder session: Failed to connect to sitebuilder - missing or incorrect C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\/sb/include/init.php

Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. in Unknown on line 0

The server is Windows Web Server 2008 R2 64 bit.
