Resolved Plesk Update Timeout errors

Hello,
When i want to check if there where updates, the update page keeps loading (and shows nothing).
In the log files there are these lines:

Is there a problem with the update server??

Seems you cannot reach the autoinstall.plesk.com server.

Can you try to run:

curl -Iv autoinstall.plesk.com

and provide the output?

Do you have outbound port 80 and 443 open in your firewall? You able to curl any domains whatsoever?

Strange thing. I did not change anything, but it is working again.
So problems solved.

Could have been a temporary routing issue on your Server Network/Datacenter

I don't think that there was a problem there, because i would have been informed about that via the NOC.

can you tell us how the problem was resolved ?

thnnk you
