Question plesk usage billing using WHMCS

Can anyone please comment if its possible for us to set up usage billing using WHMCS with plesk products? (usage billing = pay per use billing)

thanks I have read this, but unfortunately it doesn't clearly say if usage billing is supported or not. Whereas it says yes for clanel. So I was just wondering..
