I am having a file/folder permissions error on my customer's cpanel.
When I try to open a folder, read a file, etc. I am getting a "permissions denied error".
There are 2 groups: psaserv and psadn. If this helps.

Where do I go to modify this?

Thanks.

psacln and psasrv are the correct groups.

Basically files and directories created by the customer would be username:psacln
The httpdocs directory itself would be username:psasrv

Files created by PHP scripts tend to be owned by apache, however. These then can't be manipulated using FTP or the Plesk file manager. Could this be the problem?

Can you give post the full permissions of one of the files that you are having problems with please?

Faris.
