Plesk Very slow

Hello,

Since I'm running Plesk 11, not only the admin part is very slow, but very often I get a 503 error, service unavailable, and I'm obliged to restart Plesk. When I'm navigating inside the panel, It takes often more than one minute to switch from a section to another. I've tried to follow this thread :

http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=260744

but I didn't have any success. Do I need to reinstall all my server or is there a solution to have it run as fast as before (which I'd prefer :)) ?

I get a 503 error, service unavailable,
Have you tried to check /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log at least?

Dear LaurentR2D2, what was your final decision? Do you fixed the problem?

I have the same problem here with a plesk 11 with only 100 domains. Low CPU usage, low memory usage but plesk 11.0.9 too slow...

I doesn't have so much domains. In fact I haven't done anything special. I guess some upgrade must have fixed the problem, since speed is normal now. Good luck to fix yours :)

Thanks for your answer.

I have Debian 6.0.5 and Plesk 11.0.9 Update #20 and still very very slow with 503 errors from time to time...

If you have low memory usage, load on server and plesk is really slow, and you've tryed solutions covered on google/here on forums, just send ticket to Parallels, they will investigate the problem.

Actually, it would be much more effectively to investigate this issue directly on your server. I suggest you contact Support Team.
