Hello,

We are using Plesk installations through Virtuozzo.
When we go to the password recovery page:

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/vz/cp/restore-password

and fill in correct email/login, the password is being sent to this email BUT, the page shows:

"Invalid e-mail or login, please try again."

Thus, when a client tries to recover his password, he can't find out whether he has filled in the correct email/login or not..

We have the same issue unfortunately with Plesk 8.1.x and VZ 3.

There are various articles in the knowledgebase about how to make it work at all, but there's nothing regarding this particular issue.

Why not send an email to [email protected] (I think that's the right address).
