Issue Plesk windows latest patch 18.0.32 with Trend Micro deep security

Hello All

After the latest Plesk patch ie 18.0.32, Trend Micro antivirus not allowing to run Panel, We have faced the issue only latest patch before that the panel works fine with the same Trend Micro Antivirus, Similarly, if we run reconfigurator or Plesk repair then some of the smartermail user password breaks and display invalid user name & password.

Here is the Plesk error code With Trend Micro Antivirus

Unable to read configuration: function get_config_string does not exist

We have a problem with only the latest Plesk patch before that the same panel works fine.

We have multiple virtual machines running along with Trend Micro and we face the latest Plesk cause lot of changes on user password login and configuration side

FYI -All Plesk installation folder or whitelist from Trend Micro

Seems to Plesk missing read files. The error code clearly indicates unable to read the file and found the following error as well when you click the backup manager( Not going through backup settings the event go to the home page)

Error: <unspecified file>(1): expected value

FYI - I am using Plesk AWS backup settings
