Resolved Plesk won't send an email via form

Version 17.8.11 Update #41

Customer has a website hosted on this server but his domain's email is hosted on another server. The Plesk server will deliver email anywhere but that other server where his email is. He has a contact form and it's not working. Any ideas?

You probably have email services enabled for the domain where you're sending the mails to. Have a look here: Mail to external mail service is delivered locally
