  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk wont start.

php5 and mysql is running fine

Plesk is 10.2.0.
OS: Debian Lenny 5.0.8 64bit

mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa -e "select * from misc where param='version'"
+---------+--------
| param | val |
+---------+--------+
| version | 010110 |
+---------+--------+

cat /opt/psa/version
10.2.0 Debian 5.0 1011110331.11

I try the Autoinstaller

/opt/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-id PLESK_10_2_0 --install-component base

end with following error:

When try to start manually get these output.

Also tried to install plesk-mail-driver manually with no success

Any Ideas ?

Thx in Advance

Did you try bootstrapper to repair your installation of Plesk.

Plesk 10.2
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.11.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Plesk 10.3
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.12.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Kind of regards,
Edward

the bootstrapper dont work also for me.

But Problem is fixed. It seems the Upgrade progress from 10.3.0 to 10.3.1 was not finished complete.

Also the Qmail Prob is fixed.

Switched to Postfix and back has solved.
Using Plesk since 6-8 Years. Never had those probs with an upgrade.

I have exactly the same problem but with ubuntu 10.04(which is debian based).

Never mind I found the solution... I had to reinstall completely plesk... But whatever happened there it was something big because qmail doesn't work with me anymore... Now I have to use postfix... The main problem with plesk is that with the upgrades specially the automated ones a whole set of things happens... This is not my first time... So unfortunetly for now on I don't thrust automatic updates I will do those manually myself...
