PleskFatalException error when creating a domain

I have just installed Plesk 8 on Centos 3.8. Install went without error. I now go in and want to add a domain and get a ERROR: PleskFatalException error (see attached screenshot).

Can someone help me interpret this error message and give me some direction how to fix it?
