Pleskrestore problems

Hello,

I made a backup with pleskbackup and it seemed to work, but when I try to restore the backup file I can only see an error message while creating the map file.

# /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --create-map /home/backup/backup_all_060609_1405 -map /home/backup/map.backup
ip type has improper value. Current ip type value is exclusive

how can I fix that problem? What caused this error?

as i've seen 1 minute ago a folder called "restore" had been created

It has the following contend in it:

/home/backup/restore # ls
. archives migration.log supervisor.log
.. dump-plesk.xml migration.result


the folder "archives" is an empty folder!

Problem solved: please check that the ip adress in plesk > server > ip-adress is NOT marked as "exclusive" (a crown).

If, you just have to click on that crown!
