PMM says [Error 5] Access is denied

When trying to migrate some domains from Plesk 11.0.9 to 12.0.18 I got the following error:

Migration Task Details
Error:
[Error 5] Access is denied

Where is the problem? I check with PP Reconfigurator but all is ok.

"[Error 5] Access is denied" is very common error message with a lot of possible reasons. Look at following articles, for example - http://kb.odin.com/en/120430 or http://kb.odin.com/en/119915
So, need more details. Try to troubleshoot it more deeply with help of migration logs - http://kb.odin.com/111289

Hi,

I faced same issue earlier and in my case issue was related to migration agent version. I installed same version of agents on both servers and then it worked.
