Positioning Script Module

How do I position a script module on the page? For example, I would like to have two script modules side by side (amazon links). Or, I would like to insert a Google Adsense banner vertically to one side of the text. I cannot figure this out. Please help!

I have the same problem. Need my script to appear in the centre of my screen. Unfortunately, havent found out how to do it...and there is no reply in this thread either
