Post install problem

Spyder

Regular Pleskian
I just install one FreeBSD 6.2 machine with plesk 8.1.1 and SB 3.2

When I log on SB server all seems OK, but when I try add license, change user or something I receive on right frame one small frame with partial content. I tried IE6/IE7/Firefox 1.5/2.0 and k-melleon.

When I open http://sitebuilder.gns.com.br/check.php

I got this.

Hi, Dmitri.

The interface is working like a charm, but I can't upload the swdn develop key, every time I tried i receive this message

In

Server > License > upload tab

Error: License upload has failed.

And no hint @ server logs..

Ony the access normal logs

10.10.10.20 - - [30/May/2007:00:11:08 -0300] "GET /js/tabpanel.js?3.0.2.200611231

Could you give me the license key number to check it? You can use private message or just reply to my e-mail which you got.
I need to check it if this key is valid.

I have checked the key and it appeared to be for Sitebuilder 3.2 for Windows for SWDN license key. But you need to get SiteBuilder 3.0 for Unix/Linux for SWDN.

But is packed @ swdn as LINUX license...

In this case, please there iss some ways you inform the SWDN guys, and ask for replacement ??

Or I can contact directly ??

Thank's

I have the same trouble with small frames after installation of SiteBuilder 3.0.2. Can you send me patch too?

Hi, Dmitry Frantsev

I opened the .xml file and verified.. this is an windows key... but like I said this key is packaged as LINUX key..

What is the next step ?

I have checked and really the same license persist in both archives for Linux and Windows version. I have passed this question to SiteBuilder manager and will let you know when I get any news.
