Hello,

i have the Problem that i cant connect any mobile Device to my Plesk Mail Account it says mail.mydomain.com does not Answear on Roundcube and Outlook Desktop Client sending and reving mails works fine has everyone an Idea?

• Webmail can be accessed via webmail.domain.com (not via mail.domain.com).
• Secure mail connections can be made using the domain as a host (so domain.com instead of mail.domain.com). Or by using the server host name.

There is no Issue on Roundcube i am Facing Problems bei Adding my Mail Account on Apple IOS Devices

Have you tried Kaspar's suggestion for using the domain itself or the server hostname for IMAP/POP and SMTP hostname in your IOS mail client?
