Issue [PPP-26655] Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 on Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 does not make backups

Thiago Gonçalves

New Pleskian
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Updated the Plesk to version (Plesk Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update # 4) Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and can not do backups.

Before upgrading it was scheduled and was daily but now not list the backups it had also no longer makes accomplishing anything, even in manual mode.

When I try to manually it is charging and not leave it, already I looked at the logs but it does not register anything.

I tried to repair and even change the backup folder but not resolved.

Hello.
Could you please run following PowerShell command:
Code:
& "$env:plesk_bin\pmm-ras" --get-dump-list --debug --verbose --dump-storage="(Get-ItemProperty -Path "hklm:\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config").DUMP_D" --type=server --session-path="$env:plesk_dir"\PMM\logs
Does it show any backups?

I applied the code, he gave the following message, but not returned to display the recorded backup and neither did other again.

PS C:\Users\Administrador> & "$env:plesk_bin\pmm-ras" --get-dump-list --debug --verbose --dump-storage="(Get-ItemProperty -Path "hklm:\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config").DUMP_D" --type=server --session-path="$env:plesk_dir"\PMM\logs

PS C:\Users\Administrador>

Could you please run following commands:
Code:
Select-String -Pattern DeleteDumpAction -Path "$env:plesk_dir\PMM\logs\*pmmcli*"
Select-String -Pattern delete-dump-files -Path "$env:plesk_dir\PMM\logs\*pmmcli*"
Select-String -Pattern "error|warning" -Path "$env:plesk_dir\PMM\sessions\*\*.result"
Could you remember if there were any errors or warning from the backups in 12.5?

Same here.
I got backups in Repo done under 12.5 but no new.
Not starting manually nor planned.

Checkings logs for new backups later at home and posting here. Done so far:
- plesk repair via Windows app (all possible Buttons set)

Hello. Could you please try to run
Code:
"%plesk_bin%"\plesk_agent_manager.exe server --get-size "--session-path=%plesk_dir%\PMM"
If it will hang please try to add following registry key and re-run the command.
Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\CrashDumpsEnabled DWORD 0

Gentlemen, did the procedure of the three strings that Sergey passed, and the first gave some messages like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PMM\logs\pmmcli.log:15587:[2016-10-13 21:43:42.496|117516] DEBUG: -->
<pmmcli.DeleteDumpAction object at 0x0297F290>
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PMM\logs\pmmcli.log:15593:[2016-10-13 21:43:53.673|117516] DEBUG:
<pmmcli.DeleteDumpAction object at 0x0297F290>: response
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PMM\logs\pmmcli.log:15598:[2016-10-13 21:43:54.516|113356] DEBUG: -->
<pmmcli.DeleteDumpAction object at 0x025AF290>

But not changed at all after.

Then I used the command get-size, and this stopped until now, after 1h.

Then I checked the record and not found the CrashDumpsEnabled after insert was to manually back up and the screen stood as before, but when updated the backups screen showed a record that it is being done, as are many files, then inform it was actually done, if successfully completed, but the old backups do not appear, and answering the question had no errors in them.

He gave error in the process and did not show anything in the logs.
I checked the permissions of the backup folder and made again, but without success.
I tried system only worked and saved some files in the backup folder and it was on the list to be able to restore.
Once I removed the old backups and tried the full backup, but it did not work.
